Who this covers
This policy applies to allthemoments.com and to the software products operated by All The Moments LLC ("we," "us"). Individual products may add their own product-specific notice where they handle something this page doesn't describe; where they do, that notice is linked from inside the product and read together with this one.
What we collect
Two kinds of information, and only for reasons we can name:
- Information you give us. Your name and email when you create an account or write to support, and the content you put into a product — a product list, a menu, an order, a note. If you pay us, our payment processor handles your card details; we never see or store the card number.
- Information we're given automatically. Basic technical data your browser or device sends — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages or screens you opened — used to keep the service running, secure and debuggable.
How we use it
To provide the product you signed up for, to take payment for it, to answer you when you contact support, to keep accounts secure and prevent abuse, to fix what's broken, and to send you service messages about your own account. We use it to understand which parts of a product people actually rely on, so we know what to improve.
Marketing email
We'll only send product news or marketing email if you've asked for it, and every one of those messages has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop necessary service messages — a receipt, a password reset, or a notice that something about your account has changed.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of outside providers to run the business — hosting, payment processing, email delivery and customer support tooling. They may process your information only to perform that service for us, under contract, and not for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or of All The Moments LLC. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it; if that happens, we'll say so before it takes effect.
Cookies and similar technology
Our websites and products use cookies (or equivalent local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the service is being used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features — staying logged in, most obviously — will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open, and the records we're legally required to keep (invoices and tax records, for example) for as long as the law says. When you close an account we delete or anonymize the rest within a reasonable period, except where a backup copy takes a little longer to age out.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls limited to people who need it to do their job, and regular updates to the systems we run on. No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affects your personal information we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as quickly as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can also object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it. Depending on where you live — the EU or UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and a growing list of US states — some of these are legal rights rather than courtesies, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page, and for anything material we'll give notice inside the product or by email before it takes effect.
